Fast Track Showcases Innovation at BIS SiGMA Americas 2025, Driving Player Engagement and LATAM Growth
2 minutos de lectura
(Sao Paulo, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Muriel Le Senechal, Regional Commercial Manager, LatAm, Fast Track, spoke about the innovative solutions of the firm, as well as the strong foot traffic and engaging conversations with local operators in BIS SiGMA Americas. She also reaffirmed its commitment to the region and confirmed participation in the 2026 event.

SiGMA was a great way to show what’s next for the industry
“The energy at SiGMA Americas was incredible! From the start, we had strong foot traffic and truly engaging conversations with local operators here in Brazil. People were curious, asking thought-provoking questions, and many were looking for practical solutions to improve the way they engage with their players,” said Muriel Le Senechal.
“It’s clear to me that operators in Brazil are hungry for solutions that go beyond the basics and deliver real, scalable player engagement. This may be an emerging market, but we are seeing a desire from operators to work with the latest tech which is fantastic news.”
Rewards, the latest Fast Track launch
“Our latest launch, Rewards, was a big part of the conversation. We’re essentially giving operators the flexibility to create meaningful player experiences and use gamification to keep players coming back. It’s about making engagement feel more relevant, more personal, and easier to manage at scale,” she added.
“We’re delighted to hear the feedback from the local market and I’m positive we will bring Rewards to many local operators. On top, winning the Best Customer Retention 2025 award made it even more special for our team and reinforced the value of our work.”

Quality conversations and strategic deals in BIS SiGMA Brazil
“The quality of the conversations we had with decision-makers was exceptional. We walked away from São Paulo with a number of strategic leads, including operators and platform providers who are looking to upgrade their current CRM capabilities and leverage our AI-driven system. Some of those conversations have already progressed to concrete next steps,” she pointed.
“It was one of those events where you could feel the momentum building in real time. I believe face-to-face connections are the best to build relationships and win over new partners,”
When asked about her experience in other shows in the industry, Muriel commented the following:
“Each show has its own vibe, but BIS SiGMA felt refreshing, buzzing, and forward-thinking. The mix of local knowledge and international presence gave it a unique edge. Compared to more established shows in Europe, for example, SiGMA had a slightly more intimate atmosphere, which actually allowed for deeper, more meaningful conversations. And let’s be honest, Brazil knows how to bring the energy! That passion really came through on the floor and as a Brazilian myself, I was really happy to be home and interact with the local industry.”

BIS SiGMA 2025: Focus on player experience and responsible gaming in LATAM
Muriel also porinted: “The conversations happening at SiGMA showed that Latin America is no longer just an “emerging” market; it’s here, and it’s ready. Events like this bring together regulators, innovators, and operators in a way that accelerates both growth and maturity across the region. It was particularly inspiring to see such a strong focus on player experience and responsible gaming, two areas we’re deeply committed to at Fast Track.”
Fast Track to return to BIS SiGMA 2026
“SiGMA Americas has proven itself as a must-attend event for anyone serious about iGaming in LATAM. We see a great deal of potential in this market, and it’s important for us to be present here, not just to showcase our tech, but to be part of the conversation shaping the region’s future. Plus, the warmth of the Brazilian crowd and the level of engagement we saw made it an easy “yes” for 2025! See you in 2026,” she concluded.
